So! Alot of time has passed since I last wrote something here. I’m sorry if you’re actually waiting for updates. (I hardly doubt that) Anywho, the reason for lacking posts are simple. WORK. Yeah, it’s not the first time I’ve written about work and it certainly won’t be the last. You might’ve guessed that I work alot and I won’t deny it, I do. Exactly why I choose to work so much is simple. I like my job and my colleagues. Also the additional money is good. You never know when you need money and usually, you always need it. Seeing as I’ve got things planned for next year, I better save up as much as I can.

My current plan for next year is to get my drivers license before autumn 2011 and also buy myself an apartment or a house.  It’s about time I move out and get a place for myself. I also think that getting my own place will make me “grow up” a little as well. I have no idea how much I can borrow from my bank, but time will tell when the time is right. As for now I’ve managed to save up 8.000$ / 6.500€. I figure that I’ll be able to save atleast 23.500$ / 20.000€ by autumn next year. Ofcourse I’ll spend money every now and then. For example like I’ve done recently. I’ve spent about 500$ on clothes and planning on spending a little more.

Also we’ve decided on a new trainee. He’s gonna start in august sometime. Probably around 13th or 14th. Also we have a new co-worker who’ll start tomorrow. Hopefully he isn’t a lazy bastard as another co-worker of mine is. Oh, and what I probably haven’t told you is that I’m working on a new project at work now. We’re actually in week 6 of 8 of a design-project for a new customer. And because of that I’m travelling to Holland from 28th to 2.July to work at their office and have a pre-CAT. It will most likely be a good experience. Due to the project I’ve worked some more than usual. In the week that’s gone by, I’ve worked around 50 hours. Normally we work 37.5 hours a week. So will be some nice pocketchange next month!

I’m also waiting for my refund on the tax money and vacation moneys. Tax moneys should arrive anytime soon and vacation money will arrive on 30th this month. if my calculations are correct, it’ll be close to 9.500$ / 7.500€.

Oh and to round up this post, I’ve updated WordPress engine to version 3.0.0 which was released recently. They’ve fixed a whooping mountain of 1400+ bugs! That’s alot.
